A BAT MITZVAH AT
W HOTEL BELLEVUE

Secret Garden Bat Mitzvah

Imagine being at the edge of the forest as the sun sets and the golden light filters through the flowers and trees. That was the inspiration for this event, which toed the line between an enchanted forest and a secret garden vibe. The inviting color palette selected by the guest of honor was carried throughout the event, in everything from giant twinkle trees to detailed table settings and little plant favors that acted as seating cards. Of course the fun activities are always a hit of the night, and this one did not disappoint. Because Phoebe is an artist, we honored that by creating a giant paint-by-number for all of the guests to participate in painting. We also added a dried flower jewelry making station and games such as connect four, foos ball and cornhole. The photo booth was customized with a set of props gathered just for this event - including an artist's palette and flower crowns - making it extra special. The kids gathered for “dance floor games” in a separate room this time around, allowing the adults to have a quiet meal before the dance floor opened. The highlight of the night was a surprise performance to the Beastie Boys by Phoebe and her dad, complete with coordinating track suits!

“I just wanted to say, one more time, how AMAZING it was to work with you and how absolutely epic all 3 events were throughout the whole weekend I’ve heard nothing but raves from all the guests - kids and adults - and it was “exactly” what Phoebe wanted and hoped for. As pictures start rolling in I’m reminded of how much each little touch made a big difference. You thought of everything. Your vendors were AWESOME. Your staff was AWESOME. Of course, you were amazing as well. Having you on our team was the best decision we made out of 100s of decisions for our events! Thank you!”
